This horse float has been converted into a mobile molecular biology laboratory to provide a quick turn-around for livestock disease diagnoses that will help with prevention and treatment options at feedlots and on farm.
The lab was planned at the start of a joint project on bovine respiratory disease (BRD) between the NSW Department of Primary Industries (DPI) and Charles Sturt University (CSU) in 2018.
